About the workers........

From left to right (above), Kaz Bentham, Ilan Jones, Robi Buckley and Sam Buckley. We are close friends who have known each other for over 20 years which means that the atmosphere of the work site is always friendly and relaxed.

Kaz Bentham and Robi Buckley are keen musicians and play in a band together, as well as being active in music workshops and projects for the community in North Wales. Both have also worked for Stormflex for around 8 years.

Ilan Jones used to work as a Mountain Bike foreman in his home town of Penmachno and is qualified to use heavy machinery which is handy. He is the newest member of the team as he joined in 2005

We have also been lucky enough to employ hard working Christopher Davis (Left) in 2007. If you fancy a game of Squash, he’s your man, or not! (He is very good)!

Sam is the most experienced member of the workforce as he has worked for Stormflex for 13 years now. He enjoys an active life -- fell-running, playing football and badminton.

Our boss is Jim Buckley who founded the company. He now works in the office while his workers continue. He is very active as a mountain guide for ‘Wildwales’. Also he works alongside a network of people in his community who are aiming to renovate an old market hall into a community hall.
